The goal of Happy Fits is to be 100% authentic with everything I design and create by taking the ideas and lessons learned from EMDR therapy and putting them to use. I made #notinthemood because it's not always going to be happy - and that is OKAY. It's okay to sit in your feelings, to feel them, to process them, and move forward. There are days when I am just not in the mood - whether it be an appointment I have to go to, work or a task I have a deadline for, a certain song that's playing on the radio, a conversation I overheard, or the weather outside.
