I know what it feels to keep things in - and what I learned is that is SO unhealthy. Keeping emotions and feelings in as to not appear weak or a burden does so much more harm to your body and can completely throw off your nervous system. I am in the process of playing catch up and trying to be kinder to my body. Allow yourself to sit in your feelings...they're just feelings after all. Process them, allow yourself to heal, & keep moving forward. It will be okay, you got this.
